With all the water and fertile soil about, you'd think the farms of Hui Ji would be large and prosperous, ironically the real situation is the complete opposite. Floods are common here, thus washing away the crops before they are harvested and drowning those plants that remain rooted. Never the less, the farmers work on in spite of such obstacles, so that they may provide food to their families and the people of Hui Ji. It is a humble and dirty job, but someone must do it.
Agriculture is Hui Ji's deficiency. Hui Ji is prone to floods. The current agriculture level is: 25,000/40,000
